This extension is free but counts as one of your paid extensions. 15-day Free Padlock Extension; maximum of two padlock extension requests not to exceed 15 days combined.
Your Padlock Vault is replenished with 3 x free extension days for every loan that closes.
The maximum amount of free Padlock extension days you can accrue in your company vault at any given time is 750.
Loan Factory rarely, if ever, goes below 750 as you’re always closing more than you use.
Paid Extensions: Maximum of 2 x extensions at a cost on loans.
If the 5-day Pinnacle Extension is used, this drops to only one remaining extension at a cost.
If the 5-day Pinnacle Extension is NOT used, you will continue to have access to two extensions at a cost.
